CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR DOG! PLEEEZ

Mexico City has a popper scooper law, where people are supposed to clean up after their dogs. But if you have ever, or when you walk the streets of México City, you wouldn’t know such a law existed.
Funny how in January 2009 the Mexico City government declared war on chewing gum, “Government cracks down as gobs create a problem in public areas” but really does nothing about the more disgusting habit of dog feces littering Mexico City sidewalks.
Well, I was walking a new neighborhood the other day and ran across this sign posted on trees and light posts. Seems someone has taken matters into their own hands in reminding dog owners to clean up.
Is this sign working? I think so; I didn’t have to hopscotch around dog dodo in this neighborhood.
