Today, this afternoon, I was walking home and I passed this church that I frequently do on my walks. They had what I thought was a manger scene at first, but no it was Jesús hanging on a cross on Calvary.
BUT what got me was the man hanging, or in this case Judas hanging from a tree with a rope tied around his neck. Dear Lord how creepy can that be?
I was totally freaked out and I can just imagine what children think when entering the church courtyard: This may happen to me if I don’t listen to the Vatican.
