Well for those that love the old Plaza Garibaldi, yes it is ruined by the “remodeling.” Just isn’t the same, but since I now live here I am still taking a wait and see attitude too. But this is Mexico, the people always seem to work around the crazy stuff the local Mexican government does. Thanks for stopping y Kim G.

Is it just me? Or did they ruin the Plaza Garibaldi by “remodeling” it?

I was by there last week after not having seen it for more than a year, and was horrified that they had taken down the “kiosko” and moved all the sculptures. Building that museum is also going to cut it off from the street, which is kind of a shame. Seems like it would make it harder for the mariachis to ply their trade too.
